I started Adam Mobile Mechanic on a simple idea: most Flushing and Queens drivers don’t need a shop. They need a good mechanic who shows up where the car already is. A shop visit means arranging a tow or burning half a day in a waiting room, and part of the bill is paying for that building. I skipped the building and put the money into the van and the tools instead.
I’m a certified, licensed and insured technician, and I’ve been doing this for 5+ years. In that time I’ve worked on more than 1,000 cars and counting, everything from daily commuters to European performance builds. I run out of a fully stocked service van, so the tools, diagnostic equipment, and most common parts come with me to the job.
These days I cover Flushing and the rest of Queens as a New York mobile mechanic, plus Brooklyn, Long Island, and the wider NYC area. Wherever the car is parked, that’s where I work: your home, your office lot, or the roadside. I’m available 24/7, including evenings and weekends, and I usually reply to a text in under 5 minutes, because a car that won’t start rarely waits for business hours.

When it’s time to fix it, I use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and road-test the car before I hand back the keys. Every job ends with a documented service record, so your history stays clean whether you keep the car for years or sell it down the road. The one rule hasn’t changed since day one: I only recommend the repairs your car actually needs.
